Reading a complex cognitive process of decoding symbols in order to construct or derive meaning (reading comprehension). It is a means of language acquisition, of communication, and of sharing information and ideas. Like all language, it is a complex interaction between the text and the reader which is shaped by the reader's prior knowledge, experiences, attitude, and language community which is technologically, culturally and socially situated. This is achieved by introducing the students into a technologically integrated way of learning with software's and videos specifically designed for the particular course. Understanding
Understanding (also called intellection) a psychological process related to an abstract or physical object, such as a person, situation, or message whereby one is able to think about it and use concepts to deal adequately with that object involving reason and thought. Understanding in Information Technology education is enhanced by a relation between the knower and an object of understanding basically the instructor. Understanding during the training process is the limit of a conceptualization. To understand during this process is to have conceptualized it to a given measure.
The basic meaning of "nous" or "intellect" is "understanding", but several sources or types of "understandings" are often distinguished from each other:
Sense perception is a source of feelings, impressions, or raw data about things, but it needs to be interpreted in order to be converted into real understanding.
Reason is a source of new understandings but it is built by putting together and distinguishing other things already understood.
Implementing
In computer science is a realization of a technical specification or algorithm as a program, software component, or other computer system through programming and deployment.
